30 Something - fine dining - is a 31st floor restaurant which provides magnificent views of Sydney. This is a modern high rise tower rising out of the majestic sandstone Treasury Building, dating back to 1851, the old part showcasing charm and grace. The hotel has a medium sized lobby with a separate group entrance. It has an old world character which is in keeping with historical nature of the hotel. The reception area is located in one corner, with the Cortile, a three tiered sandstone and marble courtyard as the hotel's central meeting place - serving drinks, afternoon teas etc. Cortile also features a restored lift which serves as a centrepiece. This is a deluxe hotel with a lot of character, blending beautifully modern conveniences with the traditional and historic Convict days' architecture. Great views of Sydney can be enjoyed from many upgraded rooms (see harbour view display) and the Executive Club Lounge which is one of the best in Sydney. MN-Nov08

Perfectly positioned beside Circular Quay and the Royal Botanic Gardens, boasting great views of Sydney. Many of the city's attractions are a short stroll away - the famous Sydney Opera House, as well as the original Convict built part of town known as 'the Rocks'. Shopping is within walking distance.
