30 Something - fine dining - is a 31st floor restaurant which provides magnificent views of Sydney. This is a modern high rise tower rising out of the majestic sandstone Treasury Building, dating back to 1851, the old part showcasing charm and grace. The hotel has a medium sized lobby with a separate group entrance. It has an old world character which is in keeping with historical nature of the hotel. The reception area is located in one corner, with the Cortile, a three tiered sandstone and marble courtyard as the hotel's central meeting place - serving drinks, afternoon teas etc. Cortile also features a restored lift which serves as a centrepiece. This is a deluxe hotel with a lot of character, blending beautifully modern conveniences with the traditional and historic Convict days' architecture.
