Arrived at hotel, and immediately a porter came to my assistance to find the car park and then offered help with carrying my bags. The check-in was quick, and the receptionist was very helpful. The room was spotless, as was the rest of the hotel. And there was plenty of clean towels, and extra blankets for the beds. The location is great, especially for anyone going to a concert in the O2 Arena. And also it is only a 5 minute walk from O'Connell Street, It is right beside Busaras if you are travelling to Dublin by bus, and also there is a Luas stop right across the road if you need to travel around the city. The only negative point about the hotel, was that the room was too warm at times. Even at night with all windows open and heaters off it was very uncomfortable. However, this was a minor thing, and my overall impression of the hotel is excellent. I will definitely be staying here again.

Hotel Reception Staff were lovely. Room was in Lower part of hotel beside the GYM. This was not accessible by a Lift. Considering I have a heavy Case it was not that pleasant of an experience. The room standard was SUPERB. I would most definately stay again in hotel and would recommend Hotel however I would be very wary of the room choice. On a final note I was not aware that as a Hotel GUEST I was not allowed Vistors to my room after 11.00pm. I was annoyed when my friend was refused access to Hotel. I checked all the literature in my Room and Hotel Reception and this was not stated anywhere.
