Customer Reviews for Ramada Manchester Piccadilly Hotel
Our Customer stayed here in April 2011
Stayed here in Arpil 2011. Hotel is clean and very centrally located in Manchester.About ten minutes walk to the main rail stations. Would be great as a base for shopping/sightseeing/business. Staff were very helpful and friendly. The internet wasn't working in my room and I tried to call reception but there was a conference on in the hotel and the reception seemed to be very busy. I couldn't get a phone response for over half a hour and had to go down to them to get something done with the internet. The tech guy who came up to sort out the issue was really helpful and friendly and although he got the internet to work I dicovered that it was almost six pounds to buy internet access and felt that was overly expensive so didn't take it. There is supposed to be wifi in the bar on the third floor but it is particularly slow and of no real benefit. I would use this hotel again if they looked at the internet issue and started to provide much better value in this regard.

I would highly recommend the Ramada Piccadilly. The hotel itself was lovely, staff were very helpful and friendly and above all, the location was simply perfect. The trams and buses which bring you to old trafford and the Trafford Centre were quite literally on the doorstep of the hotel. Alternatively, if you want to stay in town to shop then the shops are also a stones throw from the hotel. As the hotel was so central we had so many choices of places to eat and go for a drink. I will definately be going back to this hotel again and again!!

Ramada Manchester is in an excellent location. Outside the door and you are in the centre of Manchester. Great access to bars, shops and transportation. Staff were friendly although bar prices were expensive. We were on the 12th floor so we had a lovely view of the city. Will recommend and return again
