Brilliant weekend in London made even better by this hotel. Great location. Very helpful staff and serious breakfast. Was a little put out that they accused me of taking stuff from the mini bar when we didn't touch it but other than that a great hotel.

Once arrived by taxi we were greated by the ported who assisted us with our bags and introduced us to reception. The only two downside to this hotel is that I informed the hotel prior to arrival that I would like a early check in and said no problem but when check in came it was a different story. Once we got upto out twin room after 3pm the room was very small and the ensuite you could bearly swing a cat in it.
Overall the customer service of the staff was very good and food was first class, plenty of seating areas in the hotel etc.
