The hotel was good, the room was nice, had a street facing room so it was very noisey, maybe double glazing needed for the front. There was parking beside the hotel, it was public parking which was 48 euro to park from friday evening to sunday morning plus an additional 40 euro charge because on sunday the carpark doesnt open until 10am and i needed to leave at 9am so it was a 40 euro surcharge to ring a guy to open the barriers for us. the sign was so small i didnt see it arriving and the hotel didnt make me aware either. breakfast was good, room clean, facilities good. Feedback would be : 1)excessive noise on street facing room 2)expensive parking 88 euro from friday night to sunday morning 3)room was quite hot, no air con and window opened about 4 inches 4)room clean, hotel facilities great 5)hotel location the best there is for dublin, i used to live in the area.

Our stay was an exceptional experience. As very frequent travelers and the 'stayers' in many hotels, we can say with assurance that our stay with you was significantly different: it was excellent.

We were attending a concert and booked the hotel because it was close to the venue. The rooms were basic but clean and had everything we required. Breakfast was included and was plentiful. The staff were exceptional, polite, friendly and very helpful.

We booked this hotel as we were attending a concert at Vicar Street and it is very close to the venue - only a 10 minute walk. The room was very clean and comfortable - there was no coffee in the room and when we asked reception there was no problem in sorting this out. The staff were very pleasant and courteous. Breakfast was included and very good and for the rate we got with Roomex it was extremely good value. I would recommend this hotel - nothing fancy but very good for the price and location. One final tip - ask for a room at the back of the hotel as the bells from the Church at the front can be a bit noisy during the night! Only down side is you have to pay for parking but if you ask at reception you should get a reduced rate.
