Geat location. Very helpful staff. Breakfast was a bit crowded as the hotel was quite full

Hotel was very well located between Princes Street and the Royal Mile. The room was clean and comfortable. There was great variety at breakfast and the staff were all very friendly. We stayed Friday, Saturday and Sunday night. On Saturday night there were a few very young very drunken people in the hotel who made a lot of noise and set off the fire alarm. The hotel sent a letter to every room afterwards apologising. All in all a very good hotel.

The hotel itself was very central to all amenities. The staff were very pleasant and very helpful. The room was clean and a nice size and above all it was lovely and warm with comfortable beds. The food was superb from breakfast to evening meals....the staff again were helpful and courteous. Overall, I would recommend this hotel for my friends and would have no hessitation in staying there again.

Central hotel but it really needs to up it's game. Be prepared to meet plenty of stag and hen parties in Jurys Edinburgh. Functional but not clasy. Rooms are standard and breakfast is fine. Stayed for a weekend in October with a female friend.Booked a twin room for two girls and ended up with a double. The hotel's response to our situation was poor. Managed to wrangle a bottle of Champagne and a late check-out of Jurys by way of an apology. Functional and fine but definitely not fantastic. Managerial staff are under a bit of pressure and could learn to have a bit more manners.
