This air-conditioned hotel was completely renovated in 2004 and includes a total of 282 rooms spread over 3 floors, of which 159 are standard rooms, 9 rooms with jacuzzi and 114 are superior class. Facilities include a substantial lobby with lifts, a currency exchange desk, a safe, and a reception desk open around the clock. Furthermore, there is a lounge, a hairdresser, a café, a cosy bar and a restaurant. Business guests may make use of the conference facilities and the Internet connection for an additional fee. The hotel also provides an in-house laundry service (charges apply), as well as the Magic Park kids' club, situated next to the spa area.

Location

This light-flooded hotel is situated around 300 m from the sea, the promenade and Playa de las Vistas beach. The large main beach of Playa de Troya can be found about 800 m away. Countless shopping and entertainment venues in the town centre of Playa de las Americas are within walking distance of the hotel, or may easily be reached by making use of the regular local bus service. A bus stop is situated approximately 500 m from the hotel. The international airport, Reina Sofía, is approximately 15 km away.

Room Description

The modern and tastefully designed en suite rooms are air-conditioned and equipped with a hairdryer, a direct dial telephone, satellite TV, a minibar, a sitting area, a hire safe and a balcony or a terrace. The superior class (Club Alexandre) rooms are more spacious and additionally include a view of the pool area, (rooms with a whirpool available on request and for an additional fee), access to the health spa daily (only one thermal circuit per person at day), a bathrobe and slippers. It is also possible to book rooms with a connecting door. The rooms adapted for disabled clients have roll-in showers.

Meals

Guests may choose their breakfast, lunch or evening meals from individual buffets. It is possible to book half board or full board stays.

Sports/Entertainment

The 9,000 m² pool and garden area features a heated saltwater pool for adults, a separate and heated children's pool, a poolside snack bar and a sun terrace with sun loungers and parasols. Relaxation options include a spa area (fees apply) with a sauna, a steam room, a hot tub, a gym, and a massage service. In addition, leisure activities include volleyball, darts, and, for additional charges, billiards, table tennis and tennis. An entertainment programme provides additional variety. The Magic Park for children from 2-9 years has slides, ball pools, game consules and arts and crafts; children over 9 years have a second area called the Game Park, with a wide variety of activities including arcade games, Internet access with fee, table football and pool tables (some activities payable on site).

Remarks

Children who stay in the mini club must remain within the Magic Park and always accompanied by parents.
