All the rooms are basic but comfortable with all the facilities that you would expect from a 2-star hotel. All rooms are en suite with remote-controlled colour TV with tea and coffee making facilities. A good standard of housekeeping is found throughout the hotel. The dining room is medium in size and traditional in design. A home-cooked English Breakfast is served and table d’hote dinner in the evenings. Snacks are available throughout the day in the hotel bar. A medium-sized traditional building off the main road, with complimentary car parking for residents. A small reception area leading onto the hotel’s main residents’ bar. This hotel is small with a friendly atmosphere throughout. The bedrooms are quite old but in decent condition. There is no lift in this hotel. A new bar was opened this year and this attracts a good local mix with live bands playing regularly. This hotel offers excellent value for money and is an ideal venue for a short break. (03/07IT)

Located in Fallowfield, just 5 km outside the city centre. A bus stop is near the hotel with direct links to the city centre. A short taxi fare to town centre is aproximately £6.00.
