This charming, family-friendly eco holiday farmhouse lies in approximately 30 hectares of land in an ancient agricultural village which has been fully renovated. It is the ideal place for banquets and receptions, group activities, business meetings and professional courses and comprises a total of 34 rooms. Accommodation is in one of the village's original buildings, which houses double, triple and quadruple rooms which average 16-18 m² in size. Facilities on offer to guests include a lobby, a currency exchange facility, a TV lounge, a café, a bar and a restaurant. Guests have conference facilities and WLAN Internet access at their disposal (for an additional fee) and they can also take advantage of the laundry services. Parking is available for those arriving by car and it is possible to hire a bicycle on the premises (charges apply).

Location

This is a large agritourism property comprising some very attractive villas and cottages, completely immersed in the beauty of the fields and woodlands of the Mount Subasio natural park. It is set between streams, springs of mineral water and woodlands as well as the many cultivated fields of an organic farm. Guests will find restaurants 500 m away and bars, nightspots, shops and links to the public transport network are all nearby in Assisi (10 km). Subasio Park offers skiing and a cross country ski run. It is 15 km to Spello, 25 km to Perugia, 40 km to Gubbio and 65 km to Spoleto. Perugia Airport is 25 km away and it is 95 km to Ancona Airport and 200 km to Rome Fiumicino Airport.

How To Get There

It is possible to reach Umbria by aeroplane via direct flights from Milan - London or Barcelona to S. Egidio Airport in Perugia (2 flights a day from Milan). Guests arriving by train from Florence or Ancona will arrive at either S. Maria degli Angeli station in Assisi or Valtopina station.

The restaurant serves a cold buffet breakfast and the midday and evening meals can be enjoyed à la carte, using many typical products directly from the hotel's large farm.
