The rooms are large on average, however they do vary slightly. Most are of exceptional quality since the hotel has recently undergone a major refurbishment. They are luxuriously decorated and beautifully furnished and appointed, some with antiques. Colour schemes vary a lot, but are generally in elegant pastel shades. There are three eating outlets in the hotel, all situated on the ground floor. There is the intimate and exclusive Marconi with its wood panelling, the stately Malinowa with its impressive chandeliers and the cafe Bristol. This traditional, even historic building stands on the corner of one of Warsaw's main shopping streets, and the ground floor of the hotel houses some of the city's most exclusive designer shops. This imposing building was constructed in 1901 and has recently been completely restored both inside and out to a very high standard. The lobby is large with a splendid marble floor, rosewood reception desk and plenty of comfortable seating areas. Leading off from the lobby is a luxury shopping arcade, including a ladies boutique, jewellery shop, and watchmaker.
