Amongst the heights of Les Houches and at the entrance to the Chamonix Valley, the small hamlet where this resort can be found is located 28 km from Megève and only 50 minutes from Geneva International Airport. Lyon Saint Exupery Airport is approximately 228 km from the hotel.

How To Get There

From Geneva International Airport: take the Geneva International exit (Swiss), not the French one. Follow the signs for A1/E25 towards France and then the A40 towards Chamonix. Exit the motorway in Sallanches (exit no. 20).

Room Description

Clustered together, the 14 chalets are inspired by the traditional Valaisan haylofts. Inside each chalet, the architecture is highly structured with its exposed beams. In contrast to the austerity of the rock, the materials are soft and mellow. The chairs are covered with cow hides and imitation crocodile skins. Built over 3 floors, each 180 m² chalet comprises 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms (3 of which are en suite, and 1 separate) with a shower and a bath, as well as a private sauna. Bedrooms are furnished with double or king-size beds and amenities include a direct dial telephone, satellite/cable TV, a radio, hifi and Internet access. Each chalet has a kitchen with a fridge, cooker, microwave and tea and coffee making facilities. Moreover there is a safe, hairdryer, washing machine and ironing set provided. Central heating is a standard feature in all accommodation and each chalet has its own balcony or terrace.

Meals

The panoramic Comptoir des Granges restaurant is open every evening and offers authentic, refined cuisine with an Italian touch, to enjoy at the fireside. The contemporary décor in tones of beige, blacks and caramel blends with the softness of the wood.

Sports/Entertainment

There is a spa (800 m²), hot tub, sauna, steam room, hammam, tropical shower, 5 cabin treatments and a gym. For an additional fee, guests can pamper themselves with a massage treatment. There are also aerobics sessions which guests can take part in, as well as an indoor swimming pool for a refreshing dip and sun loungers to relax on.
