Reception was very good with a quick response from the staff. Check in was very painless and was completed without fuss.The room was spotless if a little on the small side.It took me a little time to realise that hotel facilities was available via the television. It would have been helpfull if this had been explained at check in.I could not inatially find breakfast times and had to telephone reception to acertain these times. Breakfast was good but took me till 2nd morning to learn that i had to ask for toast. It would have been good if waiters had offered this. Also on the the 3 morings i was there I had to ask for coffee rather than be offered it. Check out was really easy and storage of luggage was very helpfull. Would give check in staff and consierge 8 out of 10, staff in restuarant a reluctant 6 out of 10. -- they really could have been more user friendly. --- however i would definately go back again -- could restuarant staff just be a bit more friendly !!!!!!!!!!!
