Our Customer stayed here in December 2007
This was the best London hotel I've stayed in - we even had a view, which is unheard of, and a good one at that, of Hyde Park and the Serpentine. Well located practically on the doorstep of the Tube station, free newspapers at the door in the morning, reasonably priced restaurant for early pre-theatre supper. Room was small, but all London hotels are the same. Staff were friendly, offered coffee top-ups, quickly sorted a small problem on arrival, provided Time Out and a fashion magazine in our room. All in all, this hotel had a more personal feel to it than most and a lot of charm. We highly recommend it - and will be back there in January if we can get in.
