Nice clean hotel,good location,
Great hotel with parking at a very reasonable rate. very close to a tube stop and Heathrow. While you felt you could touch the planes they were so close you couldn't hear a thing. The hotel is clean as the staff are friendly. The breakfast is good. This is a very suitable hotel for those who do not want to or cannot afford to stay in the middle of London. Would recomment it. It is also reasonably priced.

We were quite happy with our stay at St Giles Hotel London, for our short stopover for 24 hours. The proximity to the rail network was terrific and not at all noisy considering the proximity to Heathrow. One downfall with the hotel, was that we phoned reception several times to ask for 2 additional pillows, and they never were brought up. A small inconvenience, but one that usually is not a problem to have done.
Perfect for a Heathrow stopover. Excellent value and a good hearty breakfast. There are restaurants nearby and you can get the bus or taxi to and from the airport.

All good, easy bus journey to and back to the airport.
Very Close to airport, rooms quiet, both dinner and breakfast were very good. Overall a good stay. shame about the £10 parking charge.
The Renaissance hotel is the perfect spot to be close to heathrow airport. The hotel is clean and the staff are friendly and courteous. The rooms are well equipped. Check in and check out were easy and fast. The general atmosphere in the lobby are bar are relaxed and welcoming.
Decent airport hotel. Beds good. Rooms a bit dated but clean and comfortable. Breakfast a bit hectic and only ok.

This was my second stay in the hotel - I returned because of its convenience for Underground and Heathrow, its reasonable cost and the friendliness of staff. On arrival, the room this year was not as clean as last year but the cleaning (and all) staff were very helpful. For a reasonably priced hotel with easy access to Heathrow and London, it is hard to beat. For those on a low budget, the Bed with Continental Breakfast option is very good. The breakfast is very generous.
A really good hotel - very close to Hounslow Central Tube station which is on the Piccadilly Line (Zone 4) on the way to Heathrow airport. Its a modern building, very clean and everything looked pretty new. The receptionist was very welcoming and friendly when I arrived. The room I had was large and spacious, with tea and coffee making facilities and nice comfortable furniture. Also a very large bathroom with shower and lots of stuff like shampoos and soaps. Continental breakfast was included and was nice with croisants, buns and fruit selections. The check out was also fast and professional. This hotel would be very handy for anyone looking for a hotel near the airport for an early flight the next day, or arriving at heathrow on a late evening flight, and not wanting to go into Central London. There are lots of shops on Hounslow main street and the Treaty Shopping Centre about a 10 to 15 minute walk away. Naturally there is some noise from the planes coming into Heathrow, but the windows are well insulated and I slept very well. I would definetly go back on my next trip to London.
A positive experience. Staff pleasant and professional. Breakfast was good and I also had dinner in the restaurant one evening where the service was excellent and the food tasty. Pricing reasonable compared to some of the decent airport hotels.

The furnishing and fittings (apart from the carpet) at the Continental Hotel are good quality and the staff are courteous and helpful. The place does not live up to the claim of being a Heathrow Airport hotel, being situated miles from Heathrow in central Hounslow. The hotel is difficult to identify from within a car. The Continental Hotel signage is at the top of the buiding and therefore obscured from sight through a car wndscreen. Also, it happens that Lampton Road seems to be the one street in Houslow which is not marked with a street sign. Unfortunately the hotel lift was out of action during our brief stay.
Pretty grim single room. But then again it was cheap so I got what I paid for. Think I'll spend a little more for a better experience elsewhere next time. Didn't have breakfast so can't comment on that.
I am familiar with this hotel as my company used it to accomodate personell on detachment to the London offices. It is certainly doesn't claim to be a Ritz or Dorchester but offers good, clean, economical accomodation. The menu is varied with adequate portions of wholesome, well cooked food. The bar facilities are congenial and though the residents could be considered to be a captive market in that the hotel caters for transient Heathrow passengers, the prices of the drinks are reasonable. The hotel is served by a "Round Robin" bus service to and from the various terminals at Heathrow. The hotel provides comprehensive informaton on the times of these runs and of the servicea available to get into London. I would use the hotel again.
