London Stansted Airport Hotel Reviews

This hotel was better than the 2 previos Stansted hotel I have stayed at. Room size and quality were better than I expected for the price. Excellent location although I would have preferred the airport shuttle bus to run every 15 mins instead of every half hour. Breakfast was fine. Bottom line - next time I need to stay at Stansted I won't look anywhere else.

We enjoyed the courtesy and helpfulness of the staff. They were there when we needed anything. Loved the breakfast and free wifi. Very professional and polite. I loved the service, breakfast, free wifi, and the courtesy of the staff.

Handy for airport. Basic but clean & very good value for money. Would use it again if required for an early flight.

Excellent hotel, staff very nice, food very good.

The signs from the airport could've been better (had to stop and ask for directions TWICE!). But the hotel itself is stylish and comfortable and the rooms - for an overnight stop - were spacious enough. The staff were friendly and helpful. There was a bit of a queue for checking in (late on a Tuesday night), but check-out was quick. I'd stay there again.

The hotel was all you can ask for in a hotel, especially was travelling. Hotel staff were very helpfull and we enjoyed our stay, rooms were quite spacious. Loved it.

It is very handy for the airport and a good standard and a very good breakfast. The £2 per trip on the bus is a bit of a pain but better than taxis

I booked this hotel for a work colleague who got stranded, alone for Christmas in London, and was extremely upset by her misfortune. She didn't know anyone in London and spent from the 24th to the 27th in the hotel. The desk clerk was very helpful on check in, as I had booked it she had no voucher but was furnished with the clerks own email address so i could forward the voucher as our fax line was down. the staff couldn't have been nicer to her in her plight and offered her every assistance. They were so nice and looked after her to the best during her stay.

Very conviniently situated for people who wish to be near the airport. Reception and bar people very friendly, rooms as expected clean and bedroom really wide, however the bathroom was a bit small for the kind of hotel it is. Breakfast ok. Restaurant -dinner- was very good, however a bit expensive. In all, we had a very enjoyable one night stay at the hotel.
