Customer Reviews for Lord Nelson Hotel Liverpool
Our Customer stayed here in October 2010
rooms where very basic, no wardrobes, no drawers, no phone, not even a chair to sit on. The room consisted of a bed a bit of shelving, a tv on a arm at the window, three bars jutting out from the wall over a mirror with hangers on it.The bathroom however was spacious and overall it was clean and warm. In the description of the hotel on Line, we read that the residence bar was livley especially during match weekends, there is no residence bar, we asked about this and were told that two porters were let go and there was no-one to man the bar. The toilets in the lobby area where locked on the day of our departure and the back bar area also.Over all extremely basic and would not personally stay in this hotel again
