Hotel MacMahon was the perfect base from which to explore all that Paris has to offer- it is right at the epicentre of transporttoo, so if you don't want to walk, you will find the main metro and bus lines at your doorstep. The hotel itself is friendly, comfortable and clean and our room had spectacular views. The breakfast was fine[tinned fruit a pity but that's really a minor quibble. Most important the staff were friendly and helpful I will use this hotel on return trips and warmly recommend it to other travellers
