We stayed in the Manhattan Club Suites for 5 nights. We had booked 2 Quad Rooms, I expected them to be a bit bigger....they had 1 double bed and 1 Sofa bed. The rooms were very clean and recently overhauled. The Sofa bed was turned out each night. The receptionist on arrival was quite abrupt but this is the only negative thing I would have to say....I really enjoyed the stay and would recommend it to friends as it is so central. It was the start to what turned out to be a fab Shopping Trip!!
Could not find fault We had a wonderful stay.The microwave and popcorn went down a treat when watching telly and unwinding after all the shops and the fridge kept the wine chilled. Service was pleasant also.Would definately return Great location for everything especially if you have kids.
Right in the heart of Times Sq with the most friendly staff I have ever had the pleasure to meet, they couldn't do enough. Hotel suite was beautifully furnished to a high standard & the kitchenette was just perfect. I would definately recommend this hotel to anyone thinking of visiting New York as its central to everything, the corneige even went to the front door to explain where a certain shop was I couldn't believe it. They even gave us tickets for the Grey Line bus tours that other tourist's hadn't used, what a service. Thank you Roomex
