Renovated in 2004, on offer are a total of 95 rooms, of which 16 are junior suites and 17 are single rooms, spread across 4 floors. Amongst the family-friendly hotel's facilities count a foyer with 24-hour reception, a currency exchange counter, a hotel safe and 2 lifts. Furthermore, the hotel includes the El Morzillo bar, a café, the air-conditioned El Portal del Marqués restaurant and WLAN access point. This hotel is situated in the historical centre, next to the cathedral, the main square and the alley. The hotel lies on the road of Mark Benito Juárez and the Theatre Macedonia Alcalá. The Museo de las Culturas and the Iglesia de Santo Domingo are also recommended for viewing 500 m away. Guests will reach the ADO bus stop in about 1.5 km, Monte Alban in approximately 8 km, and shops in El Tule in some 12 km.

Room Description


The comfortable rooms have an en suite bathroom with hairdryer and a king-size bed as standard. The furniture is of exclusive wood and textiles from the local area. Guests may serve themselves at the breakfast buffet. At lunchtime and in the evenings, guests may select dishes from an à la carte menu. A good atmosphere and drinks may be enjoyed in El Morzillo bar, whilst regional, national and international dishes as well as live music and marimba music bedazzle guests at El Portal del Marqués restaurant. Both the bar and the restaurant enjoy a wonderful view of the idyllic park.
