The Grill Twenty One restaurant is open from 6.30am midweek and 7.00am at the weekend for breakfast until 11am and again at 6pm until 10.30 or 11pm for dinner each evening. The cuisine is predominately steaks and seafood prepared in sight of diners in the spectacular show kitchen. There is a comprehensive wine list and private dining is available on request.

The Marriott Ashbourne is not located in Dublin itself, it is 30 mins from the centre of the city on the main road to Belfast and Derry. It is situated in the tranquil country side of Co Meath and is a superb base for those who wish to experience the buzz of Dublin and Ireland's beautiful scenery. Dublin airport is approximately a 25 minute drive.
