I don't have a bad word to say about this hotel. The price was excellent. The room was spacious and clean. The location was great. In the heart of downtown Toronto and directly connected to the Eaton Shopping Centre and so to the underground PATH system. This was an added bonus as the temperatures were in the minus figures most days.The staff were very friendly and helpful, with suggestions of places to visit and eat(and the places to be avoided). I would not hesitate returning to this hotel or using the roomex website again.
