We absolutely loved this hotel. Compared to a lot of hotels we have stayed in in Paris we were delighted to find Le Colbert Hotel. This hotel is on the left bank. It is ideally placed beside Notre Dame and at the edge of the busy latin quarter. The hotel itself is peaceful and quiet. It is just a few minutes walk from St Michel metro station. Our room was spacious and nicely furnished. The bathroom was well stocked with all the necessary toileteries. The hotel had a lovely lounge to relax in and read the paper. Our breakfst was excellent either hot or cold. When we arrived back from our day sightseeing there was a postcard on our bed telling us the weather forecast for the following day which I thought was a nice touch. We will definately return to this hotel.
