We arrived into Queens St Train Station and were not exactly sure of the hotels lovation. A taxi was only £5 and when we arrived we were warmly greeted and allocated our room. The room was spotless and quite big. We'd to speak with the reception a few times and each time they were excellent and very helpful. Breakfast was enjoyable and location perfect. I read a few comments when leaving the swimming pool of people who'd not been happy with a few things, namely some facilities not working but when I'd a very relaxing pleasent time. The extra touches were what proved this hotels worth.

The hotel was very comfortable. The Decor was fine, however the dining room was a bit like a canteen, there were no table cloths on the tables for dinner. The staff were friendly especially on the reception. The bedroom was very comfortable. Our overall rating was satisfactory.
