The rooms are small to medium in size. The decor is made of modern wooden furniture and pleasantly coloured fabrics which gives the room a warm and peaceful atmosphere. They are all well equipped, sound-proofed and individually air-conditioned. There is no restaurant .The hotel has a bar located just opposite the reception area, it is open 24 hours a day. The breakfast room is right next to the bar on the ground floor, in a bright and quiet area. The decor is in the same style as the rooms and gives a welcoming feeling. It is a traditional Parisian style 7 storey building with nice little balconies overlooking the main street. The lobby is medium in size, it is open plan with the bar area just opposite from the reception desk. The warm tone of the modern wooden furniture is very peaceful and welcoming. It is a 3 star hotel considered a very good superior tourist property. It is well located in Paris for any type of activities. It offers comfort in a very tasteful and welcoming atmosphere. (0807IU)

It is in a very lively and nice typical Parisian avenue, literally a stone's throw away from the metro station and other public transports. It is also only a few minutes walk from the Montparnasse train station.
