Customer Reviews for Mercure Paris Ronceray Opéra Hotel
Our Customer stayed here in November 2010
Hotel was in a very good location, although any location is good once you're beside a metro stop. If I was to stay in Paris again I'd probably stay somewhere near Notre Dame, but I think a Best Western is in that location.
As for B.W Ronceray Opera Hotel, it was what i expected. Staff were very helpful and friendly, and breakfast each morning was a handy way to start the day. The room itself however was very small (I've stayed in larger rooms for cheaper the price previously) although that may just be the nature of hotels in Paris.
There were awkward back spiral stairs leading up to our room which weren't the easiest, and the room was a bit dirty, especially the bathroom. I also found the doors and walls to be very thin, as I could hear the people in the room next door, even when casually talking.
I do feel that there are better rooms in the hotel and so overall it met my expectations and was a great place to put the head down after taking Paris in for the day
