hotel was value for money but a bit old fashioned. most of the staff were friendly. bathroom was spotless despite been old fashioned. this hotel is an ideal location but a bit of an update would not go amiss. no restaurant in it . its really a place just to lay your head.bellhops were very nice and would go out of their way to help with directions etc. the beds were made and room tidied everyday , towels were replaced,etc. nearby is the prudential centre which had excellent restaurants especially the cheesecake factory, which was excellent for quality and service and there was a very nice restaurant at the end of the street for breakfast. all in all the hotel was in prime location but a facelift is necessary to pull it into this year.
