Excellent lake views from these medium-sized rooms which are well appointed with all amenities. The quality of both the bedrooms and bathrooms is excellent. The bedding configurations is either two double beds or one king bed. Some rooms are able to add a rollaway bed for triple bed requirements. The bathrooms are generally quite small. Rooms overlooking Lake Rotorua and the Polynesian spa, have balconies. Complimentary tea/coffee facilities. There are two restaurants, the Brasserie a more informal dining option and is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The Nikau, is more formal fine dining. The lobby Bar Zazu is a great place for cocktails. This is a low rise modern building. The lobby is large and has plenty of comfortable seating. At one end of the lobby area is a Bar. This is an excellently located hotel with a heated indoor pool, gym, private and communal spas, sauna and massage. This hotel has an excellent location, very close to the shores of lake Rotorua and a five minute stroll to the heart of the city's shopping precinct. It is twenty minutes by car to Rotorua airport.
