We stayed on two seperate occasions. Once prior to a flight and subsequently on our return flight to Gatwick.On our first experience the room was spacious and comfortable on the fourth floor, the dining options were limited and not value for money although the breakfast was more than adaquate. The bar staff were slow and generally unhelpful with little knowledge of facilities within the hotel and no great desire to assist the customer. Our return visit was equally unimpressive with a very small room on the fifth floor that one might swing a cat in , but only just. The air-con did not work pumping out excessive heat on all configurations, eventually having to open the windows what little was allowed and endured the nocturnal chorus of the London night-time traffic rather than suffocate. Will not be returning.
