We checked into the Montenotte and we were given a room at the front of the hotel on the third floor. The room was quiet small. The window was not double glazed so we could hear all the traffic passing by and alot of peoples conversations!!! There was a breeze trough the window and this was evident by the swaying curtains. There was an extremely large damp patch beside the top of the window also. The heating wasn't switched on so the room was really cold. On the plus side it was clean and tidy. Unfortunately there isn't a very good hot option available for vegetarians for breakfast, apart from beans or scrambled eggs!! I have stayed in this hotel before and know that the rooms are much nicer in another part of the hotel. I suppose it's just luck, which room you get.
