This traditional hotel underwent renovation in 2004, and includes 201 guestrooms across 2 four-storey buildings, of which 57 are suites. Dining and drinking options include a cosy bar, an inviting café and 2 stylish restaurants with a separate non-smoking area and highchairs. How To Get There

From the airport take the N2 highway in the direction of City of Cape Town until the M3 highway that merges to form 5 lanes of traffic. Keep as far left as possible and proceed to follow De Waal Drive, which winds its way along the foot of Table Mountain. As you pass under an overhead walkway, slow down as you need to turn left into Mill Street. Pass the Gardens Shopping Centre on your left. Keep in the middle lane through 2 sets of traffic lights. Mill Street has now become Orange Street. On your left hand side you will see the pillars of the hotel entrance.

Room Description

The comfortable rooms each come with an en suite bathroom with a hairdryer, a direct dial telephone, an Internet connection, satellite/ cable TV with a video recorder and a radio function, a minibar and a hire safe as standard. The air conditioning is individually controlled. All lodgings also feature a king-size bed. The suites are similarly equipped but are more spacious and additionally come with a separate lounge.

Guests may select their breakfast from an ample buffet; lunch and the evening meal can be chosen from the à la carte menu whilst the latter may alternatively be selected from the set menu. Special dietary requirements and individual-specific dishes can be provided.
