Customer Reviews for Nh Alcala Hotel Madrid
Our Customer stayed here in October 2010
Reception staff were very friendly, arrived before the check in time and they were very accommodating, they could see I was tired from an early flight and quickly found me a room.
Later in the day I ordered room service which was delicious and arrived to my room by a smiley waitress who was very friendly quickly.
The single room I booked was small but very clean and comfortable, enough for my one night stay. I was going to a wedding in Madrid and didn't know the area so the receptionist was able to show me on a map and even ordered me a taxi.
The next day they allowed me to check out later than normal because I was attending the wedding. All in all the hotel is in a nice area, handy to the Metro Station Principe De Vergara and there was no negative points about my stay at all, I would recommend to anyone visiting Madrid for either business or pleasure. It is very close to the monuments and museums do perfect for sightseeing. Definitely a 4 star.
