Nh Grand Hotel Krasnapolsky Amsterdam

Stayed here for St Patricks 2012. Location is very central (Dam Square). Got an "upgrade" to one of the new rooms (elevator 5) which are very grey and not really what we were hoping for/expecting. Breakfast in the garden room is an experience but dont bother if its not included in your package. Overall "ok" but nothing to rave about.

we enjoyed our stay at the hotel. the room was good and had everything you'd expect from a top class hotel. Check-in / out was very efficient and the staff were helpful and friendly. Location was ideal, right in the heart of the action. we would certainly recommend it.

This hotel is just superb. The staff are attentive but unobtrusive. The atmosphere is a joy with a pianist playing all though the sunday afternoon in the main lounge. Everything you would wish for in a bedroom, with daily clean linen and a turndown service as to be found in the worlds greatest hotels which is what the Grand Krasnaplosky can rightly claim to be.

We stayed at the NH Grand Krasnapolsky for a weekend break away in January and our stay was nothing short but wonderful. The hotel was beautiful and we had no complaints from the moment we checked in with lovley reception and concerige staff to our HUGE bedroom on the first floor overlooking the courtyard, which I would think would be fab to sit out in during the summer. The winter garden room where we had our breakfast which was included and the vairiety was outstanding and was beautiful and reminded me of a ballroom where you could imgaine the dancing in the 1900's. The high Tea which they served looked beautiful too. We will definatly be back to stay at the Grand Krasnapolsky Hotel and will be recommending it to our friends.
