Our Customer stayed here in November 2009
Whilst I accept that the Norfolk is going through refurbishment I found that room 146 was way below an acceptable standard.With the number of rooms they have, surely it would make sense to restrict their lettings to rooms that are of a standard that people would find comfortable,however with its peeling paper and a televison with no remote,and the shower room looking dated and worn,they are doing themselves no favours by letting this standard of room and in the short term would be better off taking it out of commission.
