Had a great stay at the Novotel at Birmingham Airport. The hotel is right across the road from the terminal so could not have been easier and quicker to get to. The hotel itself is modern and bright. My room was spacious and very comfortable. And the service from the staff there was at all times excellent, from the quick and friendly check-in service to the bar and restaurant. Highly recommend.

Delighted with short but very satisfactory stay. Staff extremely pleasant and happy to do anything to facilitate the customer. At reception on checking in we particularly requested a quiet room and were promptly moved from the first to the sixth floor to a room well away from the lift. Slept like a baby!!!

Very good accommodation 50 paces from the airport entrance! What more could you ask for? Add spotless well equipped rooms and really friendly staff and you know you chose the right spot! A supper snack was beautifully presented and tasty, and we had one of the best breakfast selections ever. If we fly from Birmingham again we wouldn't think of choosing anywhere else.

Hotel is right beside airport terminal with late restaurant and 24 hour bar.Rooms are unusual design and have triple glazed windows so no noise issue.We had booked a twin room but were given a room with a double and a sofa bed.In our case this was not a problem as I was travelling with my 10 year old son. I think an adult would have an issue with this as I believe this is an Novotel policy.Breakfast was excellent and as usual Roomex price was best I could get anywhere.

Nice rooms and very polite staff although check was a bit slow, food was satisfactory.
