Our Customer stayed here in December 2010
Hotel was very clean, staff very helpfull, warm friendly, the only thing wrong was the breakfast, which was not cold and not warm in bewteen them. The tea was nice and hot the first day, the second day was warm, the bread for the toast was from the first day after 50 years eating bread both myself and my wife said the same thing, it was stale.But apart from that we both enjoyed our stay in such a great place called Edinburgh.
