Customer Reviews for Novotel Liverpool Hotel
Our Customer stayed here in March 2012
Very happy with hotel as it was a perfect location right in the centre of the city. As we arrived v early on Sat am we were offered breakfast which was included in the overnight stay and as we would not be able to avail of it the following morning because we had to catch an early flight home.
Satisfied with everything and would def stay there again

Great place to stay in Liverpool. Very close to city centre and bus stop. Nice decor and lovely rooms, clean with broadband access, although it is not free.
On the negative side, the bar is very expensive with alcohol at premium pricing and early check-in was unavailable on the day we arrived although the hotel did have a luggage room which was very handy.
Breakfast was very good, plenty of choice and the staff, although mostly foreign, where very helpful and pleasant.
All in all, I would recommend this hotel to anyone wishing to stay close to the heart of all things Liverpool...
