Having taken up accomodation through your service in four hotels in just eight days, we must say that we found them all very satisfactory, and will look forward to contacting you again next year. Our stay at the Occidental was one of the highlights of our month-long trip to Europe. The design of all aspects of the interior of the hotel from the marble floors, the fountains, colour schemes and bedrooms was outstanding. Up to the same standard was the well kept and lit expanse of lawn leading to the swimming pool and neighbouring "parilla", a welcome and peaceful interlude to sight-seeing. We were well attended by a friendly and fully dedicated staff. The hotel is located beyond and above the city in a quiet residential suburb, which is not difficult to access, utilising the instructions on their website.
