Our Customer stayed here in January 2011
We were staying in London for one night. The location of the hotel is excellent, just around the corner from Earl's Court tube station. We arrived to check in at about midnight, the receptionist was very pleasant and friendly and he offered us all the information we needed about breakfast and check-out times. Breakfast was nice, croissants, fruit salad, ham, cheese, orange juice, tea, and coffee. Full English fry-up available for about 5 pounds but we didn't fancy it, and were thankful as the sausages didn't look too appetising. The only bad experience in the hotel was the girl serving at breakfast time. She was cranky, rude and instead of talking to her colleague, she shouted at her, which isn't what I would expect from a customer's or staff member's point of view. Everything she did, she did with a huff and a sigh and she had no customer service manner at all. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. Overall, great value in a nice part of London.
