Overall our stay at the Oliver Plaza Hotel was pleasant one. The staff were friendly at all times. The rooms were clean and fresh towels were left each day. The beds were made as well as the bathroom cleaned daily. The room was of good size, however, the bathroom was small. We had paid for a continental breakfast and a good selection of cereals were also included. It was five pounds extra per person for a traditional English breakfast, which we didn't avail of. This hotel is situated in the fashionable Earls Court area and is a minute walk from the underground station and fifteen minute tube ride to Central London. Overall it was a positive experience staying at this hotel and I woulod recommend it to friends and family.

Excellent location, staff very friendly and the room was very clean. It was a small room but we left first thing in the morning and only returned to sleep. Would definately staff there again.

We were staying in London for one night. The location of the hotel is excellent, just around the corner from Earl's Court tube station. We arrived to check in at about midnight, the receptionist was very pleasant and friendly and he offered us all the information we needed about breakfast and check-out times. Breakfast was nice, croissants, fruit salad, ham, cheese, orange juice, tea, and coffee. Full English fry-up available for about 5 pounds but we didn't fancy it, and were thankful as the sausages didn't look too appetising. The only bad experience in the hotel was the girl serving at breakfast time. She was cranky, rude and instead of talking to her colleague, she shouted at her, which isn't what I would expect from a customer's or staff member's point of view. Everything she did, she did with a huff and a sigh and she had no customer service manner at all. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. Overall, great value in a nice part of London.
