All rooms are large and have all the conveniences of a 4 Star hotel. The hotel has two restaurants. Fredricks offers a fine dining experience with a contemporary style of traditional cuisine. Earls Bistro, located at the front of the hotel, is more relaxed casual dining. The exterior is modern featuring large areas of glass. The large, modern, and warmly decorated lobby at the Ormonde lounge is surrounded on one side by a three-storey glass wall, the perfect retreat, many guests can be found enjoying the tranquillity whilst enjoying afternoon tea or sampling pre-dinner drinks.
