This is an exceptionally clean and friendly hotel, with an excellent breakfast selection. Only complaint is the bedrooms: the one we used, booked for three adults, was a three bed room with one large single bed and two small children's type beds. If that could be addressed, it would be a very good hotel, nicely situated in the Liverpool suburbs. Also, a small fridge in the room would have been nice.

Nice friendly staff particularly bar woman who was very nice. Clean room. Cheap!!!
