This is a brilliant hotel, and I would definetly stay there again any time I am going to Berlin. It has an excellent location - perfect if you are coming from Tegel airport as the bus drops you very close to the entrance. Also so handy for the trams, and the local train station (Alexanderplatz). The room was large and the view was amazing - i got a room on the 27th floor and had a wonderful view out over the whole city. There are plenty of lifts and very fast. The staff were very friendly and helpful, no there was no long line at check-in or check out. There are also loads of shops, supermarkets, department stores and restraunts around the hotel, and a park where you can sit outside. From the hotel you can walk to the Unter Den Linden (one of the main streets of Berlin) where there are all the museums and art galleries. So for location I would give this hotel 10 out of 10. Definetly would reccommend it.
