I recently stayed in the Belfast Park Plaza to drop off my nephew for a very early flight. It is an ideal location for this as the terminal is less than one minute walk from the hotel. The hotel itself is well maintained and the room I had was spacious and comfortable. I was impressed that breakfast was served from 5.30 to 11.00a.m
Nice place with quite competent and friendly staff. Arrived around 9 pm, and could still get a good dinner, which was a plus. Food was good and reasonably priced. We had B&B rate, and also enjoyed breakfast there the next morning before we flew out from Belfast Int Airport. Very convenient for outbound travel. We'll stay again for sure. Room was very nice, too. Comfortable bed, great shower! Biscuits on the tea tray were also good.
The hotel was adequate for an overnight pre-flight stay. All staff were helpful and pleasant, though some of the room fixtures are showing their age -- some bathroom lights/toilet extractor fan did not work, for example.
