The hotel lobby has also been completely renovated in 2005 and has a very modern and "trendy" style with black slate flooring, and a predominantly stone and brown colour scheme. There is also a very modern but cosy fireplace and the whole lobby is open plan so incorporates the bar area also. The reception area has also been modernised and minimalised and overall, the lobby has been vastly improved from its total renovations.Location
This hotel is ideally situated in the centre of Utrecht, next to Central Station. The Exhibition Hall and the city centre are all within walking distance.Restaurant
The restaurant is located on the ground floor and has been completely renovated in 2005. It is both modern and traditional with floor to ceiling glass windows, beige carpet, leather and wood chairs and linen tablecloths and napkins. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are served here but there is also a small brasserie which is incorporated in the newly renovated bar which also serves light snacks. The bar itself is very modern and "trendy" in design with bar stools, wooden floors and the brasserie area.Rooms
The bedrooms are equipped with the necessary comfort to make ones stay enjoyable. All rooms have a hairdryer, trouser press and internet-faclities to name but a few facilities that are to ones disposal. The bedrooms are medium to large in size and in good condition, as are the bathrooms, although the standard rooms are a little more basic than the executive rooms.
