Exterior
The large odd shaped exterior is of a catamaran-type ship that was built as a base for the 1980 Olympic sailing competition. It is a unique unfinished concrete construction under heritage protection due to it's architectural and interior design.General

Medium in size, rooms are decorated in simple bright colours and have simple furniture, but are functional and are in good condition. Bathrooms are also in good condition and are small/medium in size.
