Our Customer stayed here in April 2010
The foyer and reception staf were adequate, on reaching the third floor we were immediately suprised at how dingy the space was and it felt quite intimidating, more like a hostel than a 4* hotel. The room was narrow with high ceiling painted white, furniture minimalist but overall fairly comfortable.
Breakfast was buffet with a good choice and variety of foods.
We only spent one night and will try somewhere else next time we visit Edinburgh.
