Rooms very clean, breakfast could be a lot better

Rooms are very big and clean with everything you need in them. You can use the gym/pool with your stay there too. staff were very friendly and wanted to help! Was happy with the self serving full Irish breakfast. Felt the room service charge was way too high at 6 euro but other than that I really enjoyed my stay. Got a great deal with roomex.com

staff were very friendly....we arrived too early and our triple room was not ready which was no problem for us...we had lunch, and later left for the town.....we did not arrive back till later that night and the night porter brought our bags up for us. but they had not put the extra bed in our room there was not enough towels for 3 of us and only 2 cups for tea....so they had not bothered to sort pour triple room it was only suitable for 2. the towels were so hard and looked like they were very old. it wouldnt stop me returning to the hotel but i will be letting them know when i book again the problems i had....and no low fat milk........

I would not rate the hotel 4 star. My 3 friends and I availed of a b&b and dinner deal for €58 each. Reception was not friendly, rooms were ok. Shower was dreadful. Shower unit over the bath which sprayed water everywhere. Beds were comfortable and there were tea/coffee making facilities in the room. There was also an iron and ironing board in the wardrobe. The bed was very comfortable. Dinner was good. However, breakfast was a very disorganised affair. The waitress would not leave the teapot and coffee pot on our table and we had to look for her to get a second cup. When we asked for brown bread we were told that there was none left. All in all it is a very good deal for the price. There was music in the bar that night and there was a good athmosphere. However, I have stayed at another hotel for a similar deal and found it much better.

nice room. nice breakfast. nothing fantastic but it did the job fine.

I arrived at the Hotel to discover that they had no details of my reservation. Within seconds I was upgraded as they sought to establish what had happened. The staff were extremely apologetic about the mix-up. The room was superb as was the food and general helpfulness of all the staff members. I will return again to this hotel for a leisure break.

we stayed as a surprise to my partner, the reception were very helpful and anything I asked for they helped me. the rooms are spacious and comfortable, one thing is that I found was that the hotel and rooms did not have a lot of character to it, that's just a personal opinion. the breakfast was lovely, fresh and plenty of it and also the room service food was lovely and fast too. for the price of the room no one could complain, definately value for money and I would definatly return

A SUPERB HOTEL ... DONT MIND PAYING WHAT I DID FOR THE LAST STAY AS THE SERVICE, FOOD AND STAFF WERE ALL WELL WORTH IT !!! THIRD VISIT SO WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK...

We enjoyed our stay - the hotel was wonderful. Food was excellent. Staff very friendly and helpful. We played golf and the pro and staff in the pro shop were very welcoming. thank you.
