Some rooms have four-poster beds, other have their own fireplaces. All rooms include the usual amenities such as direct dial telephone, mini-bar, TV, Radio, Hair dryers and tea/coffee facilities. The Memories Restaurant is like a step back in time to the beginning of the 20th Century. Chandeliers and fine Kauri ceilings make the restaurant stand out in the city. The hotel was moved to Rotorua in 1921. A medium sized lobby decorated in classic style with a grand chandelier and stained glass windows. There are some armchairs and a small table in the lobby.
