Rooms are medium in size and respect the elegance of the hotel. They are all different to each other from style and colour.Some rooms are furnished in the typical Venetian style with antique furniture and grey colored with yellow particulars. Others have a contemporary style with orange bedspreads and curtains. Particular care for the bed 'canopy' in style without the top. Other rooms are in a classic style with bedspreads and curtains well coordinated in yellow and green stripes. All rooms face the canal view. The restaurant 'Prince' has a picturesque view of the Grand Canal and offers Venetian and international cuisine. The hotel is inside the 'Palazzo Colba-Cotta', a gothic building of XV century. The lobby is spacious and furnished in an elegant and well refined style. The entrance is composed by glass doors giving a bright light. The right side is equipped with a sitting area composed by red chairs with gold colored particulars. Walls are creme colored partly covered by green marble.Bright lamps enriched the room. The sitting area is composed by yellow or red sofas and glass coffee tables. A narrow entrance, composed by an arch with two columns and a red starways, brongs to the upper floors. The hotel has also meeting room for business conference.

The hotel is located in the part of Venice known as Piazzale-Roma. It is situated at the beginning of the Grand Canal and near the railway station. It is also close to the Rialto Bridge.
