We stayed on the 7th december for one night. Found staff helpful. Hotel very clean and service excellent. A small complaint was that the shuttle bus service did not cover to the S bahn station. Journey was just 6 minutes but if it had been raining it would have been awkard. Nationality Irish Would definitely use this hotel again
